I’m running the LONDON MARATHON today! 😍 SO EXCITED to give my legs a lil 42.2km spin around the city in aid of @londonsairambulance 🚁 Make sure you download the official @londonmarathon app and whack my number into the tracker (62028) to follow me around the race! I set off at approx. 10:30 ☺️ HUGE thank you to the amazing @coopahruncoach for helping me to create a training plan that I’ve been able to mould around my whacky aerospace engineer / model mix life! Yesterday I ran my first ever marathon in 4:03! 🥹 Not the sub 4 time I’d hoped for but I’m so incredibly proud of my body for managing to battle through 42km’s in the sunny London heat, truly one of the best days of my life 😃☀️ Huge thank you to the @coopahruncoach app for providing me with a flexible training plan that I’ve been able to mould around my life. I’ve learned so much about my body in the past 12 weeks and I’m already excited to put my new knowledge to use when I begin training for my next marathon!
