I’m so grateful that during my yoga training, the instructor encouraged me to read from my journal… and it has been the most authentic way for me to express myself and guide you. I hope you find healing through them. 🙏🏼 I usually have to take lots of breaks while recording them— just imagining you in the other side makes me so emotional. 😭
