Valentine Thomas Instagram – What a night. I ordered some fish from @efish_co in the past (I get mullet roe to make bottarga every year and uni when it’s in season). I was having people over and wanted some fresh seafood and oh my how did that not disappoint.
– Uni sashimi
– Uni, toro, scallop, salmon roe maki 🤤
– Toro, torched, fresh wasabi
– Scallop crudo, yuzu, finger limes, cilantro oil
– Grilled lobsters, uni crème fraîche, garlic-lemon panko
– Crispy black cod, poached in lobster-tomato broth, calabria oil
– lemon sorbet, olive oil pearls, basil
