UTTERLY DISGUSTING …. The Covid Inquiry has delivered a report so damning of Boris Johnson, it says locking down even a week earlier would have saved 23,000 lives. The Conservative Government under Boris Johnson was, the Inquiry says, toxic, sexist and chaotic. TWENTY THREE THOUSAND lives lost due to the arrogant, corrupted and revolting culture of Number 10 and its government. The report goes on over 750 pages to describe the delay and inaction of Johnson and his govt. Johnson himself failed to turn up on to any COBRA Emergency Committee meetings during the entire month of February and how the response to Covid halted during the February school half term while many in govt stopped working. Don’t forget how they partied (Partygate) and then lied and laughed about the parties. How they also gave billions of pounds worth of PPE contracts to donors and other Tory supporters through the VIP Lane…. contracts to firms and businesses with ZERO experience in PPE. Billions of pounds was unusable. Not just unusable but shoddy and unsafe for our heroic front line NHS staff to use. The most vile government of my lifetime. Johnson and Hancock and others should be in jail in my opinion. And NEVER forget the newspapers who trumpeted that govt and still employ Johnson (Daily Mail) in spite of his utterly contemptuous behaviour. Don’t forget any of this. 23,000 families won’t.
