The truth is, red flags aren’t the same for everyone – They’re shaped by your dating history and your values.
What feels like a foghorn-level red flag to one person might genuinely be a green light to someone else.
Of course, there are some clear, absolutely-fucking-no’s. But beyond those, most things come down to what you value – and what you don’t.
When you’re clear on your values, dating becomes so much clearer. Instead of second-guessing yourself or asking everyone else for their opinion (which is always filtered through their experiences), you can simply ask:
Does this behaviour align with my values?
If you’re unsure, note it- Put it in the amber flag box.
