Almost 30 years ago!! Me At age 40 and NOW at age 68 !! And still feeling GREAT.. Same leotard .. the same moves…and the same enthusiasm for LIFE!!!
Do you remember this workout from my TV show days?? What a wonderful time in my career, I always had the best time filming!!
