When someone isn’t the right fit for our team, I no longer label it a “bad hire.” Instead, I honor the effort we invested, and I celebrate the courage it took to try.
When I catch myself fretting over every extra pound, I remind myself to embrace my curves—because true beauty shines when it’s paired with confidence and a genuine smile.
And when I feel the sting of not spending enough time with those I love, I choose instead to cherish every precious moment we share and be grateful for our very existence.
I’m beginning to see that every step—no matter how small—leads to growth. Today, I toast to the new, more compassionate me—a version that is not defined by perfection but by the strength found in vulnerability.
