Since January my training has been building up to the TCS London marathon. I am beyond excited to be back on the course for 2025. It’s the 10th time I’ve run it and I’d love those tough runs over the cold winter months to pay off on the big day.
Every week I have done 3 runs: an easy one, a tempo session and a long run. This reel is an example of those sessions.
I love the marathon – it’s my favourite day of the year and one thing I’ve learnt is you need to nail your outfit- you don’t want clothes that you haven’t tested…you don’t want anything that will chafe, ride up, rub, bounce about, make you overheat….the list goes on.
Anyway, as an ambassador for @sweatybetty, I’ve been testing some amazing running outfits. Now to work out which will be my fave for the big day itself. Which do you think?! 🤔
