Getting uncomfortable and getting STRONG.
I took my first class at @aerialarts.studio at the beginning of last month and I’m hooked. I’ve been doing my stories but going to work on making reels too of progress and growth!
My first class I remember my grip being so much weaker and was so impressed with how that grip felt today.
Today we learned, mermaid, reverse angel and working on getting into I think it’s called lion’s mane? I’m learning.
Kudos to the amazing instructor @becharwell for her skill, patience and overall badassery.
Love to @danamarie223 and @candicebryant who have become close friends with their incredible hearts and kindness.
