I arrived in the Himalayas as a student,
wanting to understand yoga beyond the mat..
its philosophy, its science, its truth.
I joined a teacher training only to deepen my own practice & understanding.
Teaching was never the plan.
And yet, I ended up teaching at @sivanandakutir for the next seven months.
Living yoga every day through devotion, service, inquiry, and discipline as lived experience.
Somewhere in that flow, confidence arose naturally from simply showing up fully.
This place changed me.
It reminded me that when you stop forcing outcomes,
life teaches you exactly what you need. Just flow with it 🙏🏼✨
