By a mile!! Over 270,000 of you on Insta & Facebook viewed this coat – with hundreds of gorgeous comments too. Now I like to think it’s this uplifting little number that garnered so many views… not the fact it looked like I was about to tumble into the River Thames & get a soaking 🤭😅 You look like an innocent bunch but I’m now not so sure 😳🤣
Whichever it is, it’s a mighty fine jacket to lift the spirits on a grey damp day. Bought by me last year (no endorsements) & delighted it’s won.
Massive thanks to you all for joining in the Coatmas fun. Big thanks to anyone who donated or bought a Coat from a preloved charity shop over the past month too. We don’t always need to buy new do we? Hopefully I’ve shown you some absolute bargains you can relove & rehome from a second hand shop.
Questions I’ve had this month:
How large is your wardrobe? It’s big and we converted the loft too
How many coats/jackets do you have? Over 25 and some of them are well over 25 years old. If I love it, I keep it. I also need some variety for filming/ work
Do you buy many from your local charity shop? yes yes yes. I need good quality bright coats for filming outside, I often buy and then donate them back a few years later
Will we see Coatmas 2026? In all honesty, I’m not so sure. You’ve seen nearly all my wardrobe so maybe I’ll skip it for a year… who knows…
BTS are Shacky, family members, radio producers, film crew, researchers etc etc who kindly film me prancing around in a coat or 25. Either one of mine or one I’m modelling from my local charity shop (hoping it will sell). Massive thanks to them for keeping smiling when I say… just one more 🙏🤞 Also to the couple at the end of this reel for their starring role…
