I am deeply grateful and absolutely honored to have Mr. Anil Kumble @anil.kumble former cricketer and Karnataka’s Forest & Wildlife Ambassador, lend his support and launch Praana’s one-of-a-kind Wildlife Ambulance.
More than a vehicle, this is a vet-on-board, fully equipped rescue unit created to respond to animals in distress and help reduce human–animal conflict, within the city, its outskirts, and beyond, this is in coordination with the Government of Karnataka.
I’m also thankful to Srinivasulu, IFS, Principal Secretary, Forest, Ecology & Environment, Government of Karnataka, for gracing the event and lending his presence and support to this initiative.

To my incredible team, thank you for holding the vision steady, showing up every day, and walking this journey with me. This is just the start, and I hope to bring more wild animals to safety, one rescue at a time.
