90 days of my weight loss journey here we go!!! Lengthy but worth 🙂 ⸻ No shortcuts, no cheating — I treated this diet more seriously than exam prep 📚😂. 90 days of cooking, calorie rants, and checking the weighing machine like it was my best friend 📉😂. For someone who loves full meals, it was brutal — I craved medhu vadai almost every day but couldn’t eat it, avoided sugar like everyone else was enjoying, and battled cravings that wouldn’t quit 😅💔. What this diet gave me: • Regained my health and reversed issues I once thought permanent 🌿 • Mental strength I never knew I had 🧠💪 • Confidence to trust myself fully ✨ • A deeper understanding of my body — what fuels me, what weighs me down 🌱 What it did to me: • Mood swings that swung from “I can conquer the world” 💪✨ to spiraling over tiny setbacks 🌪️ • Obsessive calorie-counting, cooking every meal, and constantly checking the weighing machine 📉😂 • Weight Gain Obsessive Disorder (WGOD 😅) — so obsessed I even hesitated to drink water… because even those grams mattered 💧 • Tortured café chefs with my long lists of dos and don’ts • Bored everyone around me with daily updates of every tiny drop and gain Gratitude: • Thank you to everyone who put up with my mood swings, calorie rants, obsessive weighing, and water paranoia ❤️ • And a special thank you to @hema_srik ma who was magnanimous and, as a true well-wisher, put me on this programme.
