Escalating violence in the eastern DRC has trigged large scale displacement.
Over 200,000 people, over half children, have been forced from their homes since the start of December.
The DRC has been in a brutal conflict for nearly 3 decades, with armed groups fighting central authorities for power and control over the mineral-rich east part of the country.
Civilians are paying the price.
The humanitarian situation is horrific. We need urgent global action, NOW.
