Mother why are you alive? Maybe it’s a horrible terrible cynical thing to think Forgive me… But, Were you ever really happy? Genuinely happy I mean? Were you ever not worried? Were you ever content? Do you hate us for the life you lost? You who are so talented and smart and charismatic. Why have you thrown all of that away with the blood in the river? Did everything in you really die with Tito? Was he really that special anyway? Wasn’t it all a big lie? Why can’t you admit that, sit with the truth and look towards something better? This truth existed even then! But they put wool over your eyes, So you wouldn’t see it. Why can’t you see it now? That life is still special. That a bright future can be had. Why don’t you put pen to paper and take revenge on all those who destroyed everything you loved? Instead of taking it out on those who didn’t? Why are you on this planet if you can’t stand up to the real devil? I’d rather fight and be happy and only live a short time than live like you for a thousand years locked in your endless prison of despair. In an in illusion of past glory. Didn’t the great old man you say you were taught so well about but you were really not taught anything about say – “Nothing is more dangerous than illusions” If the years have taught anything wouldn’t it be that? Donald Trump has organized a meeting of far right media figures on Antifa in Washington a few days ago called the “Roundtable on Antifa.” Antifa stands for Anti-fascism however it is not an actual functioning organization and even if it was there is nothing wrong with being against fascism. However what Trump and his hangers on and their vicious language are doing is trying to launch a war on any left wing opposition and above all the American working class because they fear a revolutionary upsurge against capitalism. The early signs of this are happening with the developing “No Kings” demonstrations in the US or the recent short general strike in Italy for Gaza which shook the far-right Meloni administration. While these figures name the Democrats as well as the Democratic Socialists Of America as being part of Antifa and therefore as targets of proposed state violence these organizations are in no serious way opposing the growing fascism because they too fear the working class just as much and are not interested in mobilizing it against fascism. The majority of terrorism in the US is committed by far-right Christians and the alleged violence of anarchism and other left wing groups mentioned here can’t even compare to the very real violence being directed against innocent people by fascist ICE agents or police all over the country or the violence being inflicted on the people of Gaza by Israel and the US or the violence this administration has planned against any and all opposition. It is the military industrial complex threatening Americans not the “homeless industrial complex.” What a farce! Trump is working directly out of Hitler’s playbook which his former wife has said he reads very often. Capitalism especially US capitalism is in a deep crisis and he is working around the clock to destroy whatever is left of democracy for the many to protect the ill gotten wealth of the few. I know things are already bad but they can get much, much worse if Trump succeeds. Only the working class can stop the decent into this madness if it understands its historical revolutionary role in society.

Western Europe and America have been fighting Russia to the last Ukrainian not for democracy but for conquest and to eventually get to Siberian resources. A peace deal could have been reached easily before hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians were slaughtered. The EU and the Democrats did everything in their power to sabotage it. Them confiscating Russian assets is an unprecedented imperialist crime that puts the whole global financial system at risk. Free Bogdan Syrotiuk who has been rotting in a Ukrainian prison for almost 2 years for simply calling for Ukrainian and Russian workers to unite against the slaughter and the treacherous governments of Ukraine, those of the West and of Russia also.
