But,
Were you ever really happy?
Genuinely happy I mean?
Were you ever not worried?
Were you ever content?
Do you hate us for the life you lost?
You who are so talented and smart and charismatic.
Why have you thrown all of that away with the blood in the river?
Did everything in you really die with Tito?
Was he really that special anyway?
Wasn’t it all a big lie?
Why can’t you admit that, sit with the truth
and look towards something better?
This truth existed even then!
But they put wool over your eyes,
So you wouldn’t see it.
Why can’t you see it now?
That life is still special. That a bright future can be had.
Why don’t you put pen to paper and take revenge on all those who destroyed everything you loved?
Instead of taking it out on those who didn’t?

Didn’t the great old man you say you were taught so well about but you were really not taught anything about say –

If the years have taught anything wouldn’t it be that?
Wouldn’t the truth be more interesting for a change?
Can’t life be beautiful for a change?

But maybe try light for a change.
Maybe use that big brain to see for a change.
