And then since some of you keep asking: Natural peptides are great for that little “boost”. Both the natural energy from green coffee beans. And the boost our muscles need especially in our 50s!! To build AND repair! I’m definitely feeling (& looking stronger since I started 10 weeks ago with Make Wellness FIT peptides !! It’s crazy!) down 7 pounds (that menopause “middle”!! And down 2% body fat. And I can SEE I’ve added muscle!!
As we get into our 50s and older we need that muscle. It has so many health benefits (insulin, cardiovascular health, joints, bone density, energy!!! And so much more!) I want to lift my own groceries & throw my future grandkids in the air…! All that.
