I was definitely not up for heavy weights or hardcore HIIT but I could do yoga flow. Movement. Stretch. Toning. Found a short video. Forced myself to start. And the truth is, I felt BETTER after. All the low back & neck pain from a long flying day melted away, I got blood flowing, and stretched and lightly toned. And today I was ready for a full workout! 💪
