What a wonderful surprise I had at @nyshorts I went to NY to experience the festival and to attend the first screening of @amot_movie with our amazing team and dear friends. I had no idea there was a Best Actress category or even that I was nominated. This was my first professional project acting in another language, and winning this award means so much to me. AMOT is inspired by the story of a very close friend of mine, but while creating my character Milena, I realized that she also represents the lives of many other people in the country who are – and have always been – in a very delicate situation. We end up getting used to the news, the numbers, the statistics… and we forget that we’re talking about the lives of thousands of people. Human beings, with their stories and journeys. AMOT was made to remind us to look at others with gentle, human eyes, so we don’t forget that what truly makes us who we are is love and empathy. Thank you so much @nyshorts for the opportunity and unforgettable experiences, to the entire AMOT team, especially @anamilena__rojas @lifedirectedbybrian and @ashlee.e_creative To my family, for your endless support ❤️ And especially to all of you who supported our project, without you, it would never have left the page or become such a powerful and meaningful story. Yoga, treino funcional, bate-papo com terapeuta, café da manhã, reencontros e muita energia boa. Quem viveu esse dia com a gente? E quem já quer o próximo? ✨ _ We stepped into 2026 and we’re already doing a TBT of 2025. Not even a month has passed and we already miss it. 💖 In December, we celebrated 2 years of the Self Care platform in a gathering full of movement, connection and care. Yoga, functional training, a conversation with a therapist, breakfast, reunions and lots of good energy. Who was there with us?
