Sarma Melngailis Instagram – In 2008 I wrote this essay. Listening to @hubermanlab’s podcast this morning I heard the same issue discussed, with @chrispalmermd likening processed food now to the tobacco industry of many decades ago. So many years have passed and the mission I wrote about in ‘08 is *still* my mission—I just got taken down, temporarily. (Or, characterize what happened however you want, for now). At risk of saying a bold thing, it seems like the reason I’m here.
