3) As an actor/entertainer, your job starts WAAAAY before you get on a set. Young and new actors out there, don’t let anyone tell you this isn’t a “real job” or this “isn’t work” just because you haven’t booked yet. Even if you do have a 9-5, acting is still your job so do your work! Train, audition, prepare! You go this 🙌🏾

In this world you are only as relevant as your last gig. I’ve been called irrelevant, a has been, and washed up by people who haven’t done a modicum of the amazing things I’ve been blessed to do! In MY world, my value isn’t measured by anyone else’s standards, and certainly not by how much I work. Learned that late in life, but so glad I did.
So all you entertainers! Create what success is to you, don’t let people define that for you! Then do the shit, because YOU CAN! Ok, I’m off my soapbox. Have the day you deserve .
