Also. Someone could ask why I ran. In my defense I didn’t know the tibia was fractured. I thought it was only super painful Achilles and I didn’t want to let my sister @eleonoorahintsa down and cancel our adventure. And once I was in the pain cave I figured the harm was already done so might as well finish. That at least it’s a great lesson in pain. This is not a recommendation. I actually had to pay for it with a longer recovery time…
