Here’s some info you don’t need. Also. Someone could ask why I ran. In my defense I didn’t know the tibia was fractured. I thought it was only super painful Achilles and I didn’t want to let my sister @eleonoorahintsa down and cancel our adventure. And once I was in the pain cave I figured the harm was already done so might as well finish. That at least it’s a great lesson in pain. This is not a recommendation. I actually had to pay for it with a longer recovery time… And regarding the pain medication for labor if someone is interested: I had paracetamol and some oxycodon a few hours before pushing and a tens-machine to help with the contractions.

The things you don’t see in these photos – third trimester edition. Once again: ALWAYS consult your physician! Training is my job and returning to mountain sports is my goal so all this made sense to me in a bigger picture. Special thanks goes out to @bonge.fi / @jackwolfskin_fi for gifting me climbing/outdoor pants that were two sizes too big so I didn’t need to wear my husband’s pants for guiding.🙏🏻❤️
