Literally the best decision I’ve made!!!🥹 SUCH a game changer!! if I’m totally candid; I’ve really struggled with my motivation to exercise recently, so I wanted to invest in something that would make exercise a bit easier for me. I know it sounds so silly but after a long day sometimes just getting in the car and driving to the gym as a challenge😂 not even joking, sometimes I pat myself on the back as soon as I walk through the gym doors because I think getting there is the hardest part 😂 so I thought that by having a reformer at home it means I can quickly and easily do a 30 to 40 minute workout, I don’t have to go anywhere, and I can enjoy it at my own pace!!! 💗🥰 I also don’t want my life to revolve around exercise like it once did, and I think I’ve gone so far the other way now that I’m now trying to get the motivation back!😂 I’m so glad I took the plunge and did it! Can anyone recommend some good YouTubers & workouts to follow?
