Cori Bush Instagram – Trump’s assault on DEI is landing the hardest on Black women in the workforce. The second most impacted are Black men.
The federal and private layoffs, discrepancies in pay, and ongoing marginalization in the workplace is all a deliberate attempt at silencing and removing our voices.
These acts are again proof that Trump is only out for himself because we know that everyone misses out when their voices aren’t in the room.
