I’ve known you since you were 13 and I feel really lucky to have watched you grow into the man you are today. I’ll always be grateful you welcomed me into your life from the beginning. By law I’m technically your “step mum”… but we all know I prefer the much better title of “my dad’s wife” because step mum makes me feel about 100 years old haha.
But jokes aside, being part of your life has meant more to me than you probably realise. Watching the man you’ve grown into has been really special. You’re loyal, caring and a genuinely good person, and I’m really proud of the man you are today.
From your dad, he is incredibly proud of the man you’ve become. He might not always say it out loud, but the pride he has in you runs deep. The bond you two share and the respect you have for each other is something really special, and seeing the man you are today means the world to him.
