Fearne Cotton Instagram – New painting unlocked 🔓 🎨
Challenged myself to paint a landscape. I’m usually portraits all the way. I took a photo of this scene last week. The sunset was so gorgeous and it proved heavenly to paint. Went into hyper focus and did it in one sitting. (Bar a short trip to the school because my son had forgotten something he needs again!).
Having just been to the Turner/Constable exhibition at the Tate I felt massively inspired. When I’m painting my brain sort of flat-lines. I stop worrying, stressing, planning and am just in the moment.
What should I paint next?
