LIKE YOURSELF!!!
In the last year I’ve lessened the self loathing and slowly swapped it for much longer periods of feeling happy in my skin. On good days I really like myself quite a lot. I’ve not landed on fully loving myself but I’m getting there. Falling in-like with yourself might be a more achievable ask.
Likeable is out in just over a week and I’m so ready for it. Its my most honest book and the lessons learned in it are often in real time. I’m in the thick of it all still. Mitigating self loathing, learning to sit in the discomfort of not always pleasing others and learning to like myself. Saying that….I really do hope…you LIKE it.
