Rachel Riley Instagram – I’ve never found a Christmas lights I didn’t like yet but Blenheim Palace didn’t disappoint! My only regret – not taking our ride on scooters, it’s a long walk to be carrying the big sacks of potatoes our kids have turned into 😆
We missed the press night so went on a weeknight soon after opening and it was still relatively quiet so no queues for the Christmas market, Victorian style fun fair or food stalls (hot dogs and “duck” wraps for the vegans).
The kids were in awe, loved meeting the real Dorothy and Santa along the way and watched the Frozen themed fountain lights display 4 times through – I’m sure will remember that for a long time.
We’ve now done Kew Gardens, Waddesdon Manor and Blenheim Palace – where else are you recommending, I’m all ears!
