Rachel Riley Instagram – Hard the hard job today of joining a pizza party at @markwogan13’s absolutely delicious @homesliceldn pizzeria!
Pasha and I were auctioned off as part of a prize, donated by Mark through his restaurant, in aid of @childrenwithcanceruk, and having been bought by Chris and Elaine, we all had a “pizza off” as to who could make the tastiest one. Naturally 13 year old Harry smashed us all, a worthy winner 👏👏👏
I wouldn’t exactly call it a chore to be taught by chef Kev how to work the pizza dough, create our own signature flavour (corn sauce, sweetcorn, vegan cheese, chilli flakes ie ‘The Cornstar Pizza’ for me) and then devour the lot, washed down with a couple of cocktails and an @suga.bakes brownie.
Lovely company and so interesting as a foodie hearing about where all the ingredients are found and sourced and how others were created in house, especially all the vegan stuff we loved.
