You guys, this is Cali 🙂 She was surrendered to a city shelter in California by her owner with a degloving injury, (when the skin is separated from the jaw bone) and was listed as an at risk pup. When my wonderful friend @kingaphilipps told us about her, Jesse and I knew right away we were adopting her. Problem was, we weren’t in California, couldn’t get back for a few days and this girl needed help right away. Kinga introduced us to Janay from @ashtreeranchrescue and she was incredible! She arranged for Cali to be picked up from the shelter and taken to a veterinary hospital for surgery. Then she took care of her for us until we could get back to California. Janay, thank you for all that you did for us, for Cali and for all the work you do at @ashtreeranchrescue you’re amazing. Kinga, thank you for bringing Cali into our lives. Cali, welcome to the family baby girl ❤️🐾
