Ivan Thanthiran is becoming the talk of the town now, thanks to the promo video that the makers released recently. The one minute promo had RJ Balaji delivering a long monologue explaining the adversities faced by Engineering students and graduates alike. RJ Balaji plays the aid of the protagonist Gautham Karthik in this flick directed by R.Kannan of Settai fame.
Within hours after its release, the promo became viral taking the video to the first position of the trending page. The movie has Gautham Karthik and RJ Balaji playing reverse engineers who have dropped out from their respective engineering degree. The film has got music by S.S.Thaman. Produced by Masala Pix and MKRP pictures, the makers have decided to release the film by 30th of June.
Shraddha Srinath who is known for her role in Mani Ratnam’s Kaatru Veliyidai has bagged the lead female role in this flick. While the stunts for the movie are managed by Silva, the lyrics for the songs were penned by Arunraja Kamaraja and Vivek.
The trailer for the movie got released recently and the songs from the movie were released too. Both the trailer and the songs have amped up the hype for the movie. Balaji’s monologue in the promo that highlights the adversities of an engineering graduate seemed to have had a great connect with the youngsters, that it is doing its rounds on social media.
