Arrrived yesterday for a sacred tea ceremony with the amazing @spiralspaces, a gastronomic plant based feast at#shaktirestaurant and rejuvenating therapies @fivelementsretreats new spa, bringing the essence to Bali to a new home in #SaiKung – all tucked behind the new HK Golf and tennis academy. Thank you Resham and thank you @lahrat and @chiccotatriele for bringing this space for sacredness and healing and fun to HK 🙏🏼 I am over the moon to discover this sanctuary for the mind, spirit and body in #SaiKung with transformational therapies like #Watsu – the ONLY Watsu pool in Hong Kong. I had a very deep session with @michaelwatsu and I can’t recommend this aqua therapy more… Much needed break after writing non stop for months and didn’t have to go near an airport to get here. Life is sweeter in #HongKong with this growing community of consciousness activists and healers 🙏🏼 Hong Kong Golf & Tennis Academy
