The beginning of a new year always inspires me to be a better version of myself. And for me to do that, I need to look back, appreciate, learn and be grateful for all that has happened.
Looking at my 2018 Best Nine, I am happy to say that I was doing exactly what I needed to do, and was exactly where I was supposed to be. The obstacles and challenges helped me to adjust and grow. The good things helped me to stay grounded, and reaffirmed that I was on the right track. Today I am right where I am supposed to be and I will celebrate that.

Started off my week with a relaxing facial by Sisley. It’s been a while since my face has been pampered like this. Crystal from Sisley (One Utama) had me breathe in essential oils to help me relax into the facial and then I slowly drifted off into lala land waking up to a refreshed looking face (a little sleepy still) and soft moist skin.

My New Years resolution! Reduce the amount of toxins to which I expose myself!
Don’t you just love waking up refreshed, energised and looking forward to your day? Good sleep can be affected by many things; the amount of time we sleep, the quietness of the environment, as well as the cleanliness of the air, the mattress and the pillows we lie on, to name a few. But have we thought about sleeping in green healthy furniture? What’s that? Conventional furniture is often laden and fabricated with many different chemicals that are toxic to us. We are exposed to these toxins while lounging around watching Netflix, having our meals, working at our desks, etc. We spend hours sleeping in the same area and I don’t like the idea that I am inhaling toxic fumes during my recharging sleep time. So I am grateful to wake up in a greener bed now. Here is a Halle Queen bed and Crimson end Tables.
