Every girl during the growing up years have taken a piece of fabric and draped it as a sari as part of many dress up acts. I too have. Watching my grandmother and mother picking out their fine sarees, the lustrous kanjivarams to the crispy cottons, and dressing up for the festivals, religious outings to the umpteen weddings, every celebratory ocassion deemed they dressed in their finest.
