On day 1 of yoga week, Sharing a few basic shoulder opening yoga drills. 
1. उत्तनासन- Forward bend with hands clasped behind
2. विपरीत नमस्कारसन- Reverse prayer in a seated position
3. गोमुखासन- Cow face pose (arms only)
4. उष्ट्रासन- Camel Pose
5. अधो मुख श्वान आसन – भुजंगासन – ससांगासन- Downward facing dog to cobra to rabbit pose.
6. धनुरासन- Bow pose
