Every performance he gave inspired and empowered. His work seemed anchored in love and integrity. I remember reading he said “You can’t do stuff for applause, you have to live in the truth.” And the truth he lived in was a light that illuminated us all.

Since I’m WAY behind and so many of you have been so kind and wonderful making posts and sharing your excitement over the projects- I thought I would do one big post sharing a few of the exciting new projects that have been announced and most have been released. I’ll post on each individually over the next few days on my Twitter account. If you check out #Dorohedoro on Netflix- I am the English voice of Noi! Or in the film #AWhiskerAway also on Netflix- I had the joy of providing the English voice of Miyo AKA Muge. And if you’re enjoying #PokémonJourneys on Netflix- I am thrilled to get to say I got the opportunity join the talented cast and provide the English voice of Chloe. Also… I am so excited to be returning as Makoto in the English dub of #Persona5theAnimation from Aniplex. And last but not least, it has been so much fun getting to work on the beautiful series #BNA aka #BrandNewAnimal on Netflix as the English voice of Michiru!

Shout out to @sgoldish for being our captain since the beginning and directing #SailorMoon for 6 years! We took this at my final Sailor Venus recording session… right before I cried. Love the team at #Studiopolis and #VIZ for all the love and hard work and sparkles that went into this show. #sailormoonredraw
I will always remember this day. Exactly where I was and exactly how I felt. When you’re so young and you see so many grown ups terrified and unable to keep the tears at bay- you feel helpless and hopeless. But I remember seeing footage of the first responders- people just like you and me- and their actions were absolutely heroic. They were fearless, they acted out of love and compassion and empathy for humanity without a second thought. It was and it still is astounding. This day was an absolute tragedy that left us united in our heartbreak, but also in our love for every American, for all Americans. I will #neverforget.

I have been absent from social media as my focus has been on educating myself on how I can be more effective in creating a more peaceful, tolerant world. And I have found a lot of perspectives in the form of books, documentaries, interviews, podcasts and more.
