Exercise plays a huge part in my self-care routine. When I was injured I felt my self esteem disappear. So I cherish moments like these.
Self-care can come in many forms, (Sleeping is one of my favorites) and it’s paramount during this pandemic. So whatever it is that brings you happiness, find some time to take care of yourself.
