Lisa Ray Instagram – A few (ahem, closer to ten) years back I was invited to present an award at the @gilleraward in Toronto. I was both in awe and envious of the nominees. (How nervous? My anxiety translated into an ill advised trip to the spray tan booth. Never to be repeated) I know it’s tres gauche to share my ambition so baldly, but I hope to be a nominee one day. I don’t write for validation or mass appreciation, but If you don’t state it – believe it, sing it, invite it, quit rolling the dice but very deliberately set yourself on the path – how will desire manifest into reality?
