Here’s my ass update. I haven’t worked out again since my last post BUT I think I may, on Thursday with my mom!!!! (Edit-we cancelled 😝) I love my body at every size and so does MC. We are drawn to each other through animal instincts. The only time we ever find each other unattractive is when either of us are unkind. No…I don’t like “bad boys” Or “make up sex” 🤮 What do I find hot? Ass update- Ok I told you guys I’d keep you updated on my, trying to start working out again, after over a decade of NOT working out. I did in fact quit again after our last check in about 8 months ago with kassius. Over the last month I started up again with @scottloganflex He is again keeping me on a very specialized program. He has me drinking a lot of weight gain shakes as I drop weight too easily. I have Hyperthyroid disease. We only do heavy lifting and absolutely NO cardio of any kind. I lift for about 30 to 40 minutes and then STRETCH a lot. I won’t stretch if I’m by myself unfortunately. He has me holding a 20 pound weight in my hands here and I am MASKED. We workout outside only. We all get tested and wear masks in my family. My mom and MC have received both vaccine shots. Any questions? #ImWithYou #Latinaproblems

Ok guys. You are always asking and I can finally give you some access to my “Beauty secret” @geller.endocrinology It’s not a trick & I’m not making any money off of this. First off, CALM TF DOWN, yes I realize you all can’t see HIM specifically but you can follow him since he’s FINALLY on @instagram thanx to his smart children. Here ya go….This is a blurry pic of mine & Kassius’ DOCTOR. Dr Jordan Gellar in Beverly Hills. Yes….This is what he really looks like. He’s even better in person. I went through a lot of doctors before finding him 10 years ago. Imagine taking medical advice from someone who is actually healthy themselves and looks to prevent sickness. He is an endocrinologist. He is a thyroid and hormone doctor. He prescribes a lot of herbal meds through @amazon not even produced by him. He only gives me one or two things to take rather than 20 things that he’s making money off of. He’s always looking to still listen and learn. He’s basically the only kind of beauty secret that ACTUALLY exists. An internal one. Yes he is unrealistically hot and looks like he is 12 however he basically saved my life and the life of a good friend of mine. While I know it annoys some of you (and him too) that I don’t work out or drink water, I believe that balancing our hormones and keeping our thyroid healthy are more important. All I know is that I’m happier & hotter than I was at 24 and I can only equate that with therapy and @geller.endocrinology He also sees my son & through regular blood work & simple tweaks with natural remedies for Kass he has helped Kassmoney’s anxiety & depression. #dontignoreyourmentalhealth #dontneglectyourhormones Any questions? #ImWithYou
