Home Actress Chyler Leigh HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers June 2021 Chyler Leigh Instagram - This is wonderfully said. Thank you Regina for your words. They are SO meaningful and SO important! #juneteenth #juneteenthcelebration #blm Repost from @reginayhicks Today is Freedom Day. Juneteenth (June 19th) commemorates when the last enslaved African Americans learned they were free 155 years ago. Sadly it took a full two years after Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation speech before the news reached enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas. Juneteenth is a symbol of total freedom. Recognizing Juneteenth nationally would be one more way of acknowledging the intrinsic value of Black people and their history and contribution to the wealth and prosperity of this country. Learn a little more about today and what it truly means. Continue to educate yourselves. This day is more than a hashtag. Celebrate the day- watch a movie or read a book or register to vote or take a moment to learn something about black culture. Invest in Black People by uplifting and supporting Black led organizations and Black owned businesses today and everyday. Celebrate the culture. Recognize the struggle. #juneteenth #juneteenthcelebration #juneteenth2020 #standup #blm Art @indaviduall

Chyler Leigh Instagram – September is #NationalSuicidePreventionMonth. In recognition of this important awareness milestone and in partnership with @bevocal.speakup, I want to talk to you a bit about my story, and my journey to getting to a place where I feel comfortable sharing these parts of me with all of you.

The truth is, we all struggle sometimes – and I’m certainly no exception. Living with a mental health condition can be hard. Everything that’s going on in the world can make that experience even harder. Now more than ever, know that your feelings are valid, and that it’s ok not to feel ok 100% of the time.

But also know that, when you put in the work, it can get better. I’ve had times when things were really, really tough. I’ve felt isolated, out of control, ashamed. But I got through it – and I continue to get through it – because I’ve figured out that when I lean on my loved ones, include professional support in my routine, and take care of myself through things like healthy eating and meditation, I can get to my “ok.”

The key for me is realizing that I’m not alone – that I don’t have to do this alone. You are not alone, either. Help is always available, and recognizing that you need help and reaching out for it is a sign of strength and courage. If you feel like you can’t go to a friend or family member for support, I urge you to connect with a mental health resource. I’ve tagged some here.

Crisis resources: @800273talk @crisistextline @trevorproject @translifeline

@bevocal.speakup mental health advocacy partners: @afspnational @dbsalliance @jedfoundation @mentalhealthamerica @namicommunicate @nationalcouncil

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. And remember: your story matters, you matter, and you deserve support and help.
