Home Actress Chyler Leigh HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers July 2021 Chyler Leigh Instagram - In recognition of #MentalHealthMonth, I want to share my take on what it looks like as #bipolardisorder gets easier for me to manage over time. Remember Spirographs - you know, those toys we used as kids that draw the patterns of circular shapes? Well, when it feels like I may be spiraling or that I'm struggling to get back in control - it feels like those bigger, wider circles it makes. But the Spirograph keeps spinning, and as the shapes keep getting smaller and smaller... it's like things are back in my grasp. I'm being vocal about my experiences to help open up the #mentalhealth conversation, and you can too. Head over to @bevocal.speakup and let us know how YOU are speaking up during Mental Health Month. #Sponsored #BeVocalSpeakUp #MentalHealthMatters #ThisIsBipolar

Chyler Leigh Instagram – In my experience, #socialmedia is an incredible outlet to share stories, be creative and feel connected. But I also know that it’s a place where people make hurtful comments, where other feeds can give you #FOMO, and – something that I know many of us can relate to – it can be oh so distracting and consuming.
As social media’s role in our day-to-day lives continues to grow – and I think we are all feeling this now more than ever at this moment in time – it’s important to pay attention to how it may be affecting our #mentalhealth and well-being. Luckily, there are simple things you can do to make your experiences more positive and meaningful. I’m partnering with @bevocal.speakup to shed light on this, and to share some tips with you!
Now I want to hear from you. How will you support your mental health on social media? Share your tips by using #BeVocalSpeakUp or tagging @bevocal.speakup #BeVocalSpeakUp #MentalHealthMatters #Sponsored
