Aparnaa Bajpai Instagram – A continuation from my previous post on Warrior 2. And on a similar alignment correction, one very important thing is to notice where the back leg’s hip bone is facing.
Meaning, always keep your hips square.
This is Warrior 1. Try this and check for yourself. If your right hip bone starts tilting back, chances are you’re slipping in to Warrior 2 now😅

Know that there are going to be days like these but the answer is in the awareness.
