I have a high tolerance for dumb people but not too dumb. I use it as practice to learn compassion (wait, What?!)

I love God. I believe in universal law. My biggest goal is forgiveness and my aim is peace. I leap before I look and sometimes I fall on my face but most of the time I’m touched by an Angel and that’s pretty cool.
I’m a good friend and I will improve.
Once I love you I never want it to end. I don’t like too much alone time but I need lots of space. I can be clingy but only in specific intervals of time. Mostly on weekdays but not so much on Saturday & Sundays.
I’m like a cat and ain’t scared to scratch ya face.
I remember gratitude when I feel too anxious, that is really helpful in chasing away any pain.
I’m blessed. I’m human. I’m imperfect and that is ok.

It’s been 7 days since QUEENS wrapped season 1 and I’m still in my performance braid (laziness). Filming the last performance of @queensabc was so special to me. I got injured during rehearsals and they had to prepare to have a dancer double for me. This made me so 😞 as I wanted to finish 💪🏽 “Valeria” grew with the show as both as an artist and friend but I also grew too as an actress & new singer/dancer. I’ve had two left feet on Queens and I’m always the last one to get the dance routine and usually the only one messing up but I wanted to prove to myself that I had grown! So I prayed, iced and soaked my injured ligament and rehearsed and rehearsed powering through completely intending to be well the day of our performance and I did it! These little wins make me so excited. Anywayzzz- this braid comes off today! Enjoy some slides of my last day of S1 on Queens. ✨❤️💋💪🏽🇵🇷👸🏻

Confession: I cried when Valeria cried in last nights episode of @queensabc (a little weird right since I play Valeria? 🤷🏻♀️) and I cried many more times in this powerful episode directed by @sidside and written by @kyra.a.jones
Who can relate to fear of abandonment and all kinds of stupid behaviors we do when we wanna get close to someone but instead do the very opposite thing and basically punch them in the face?

Real talk- we can’t punch people in the face and expect them to love us. It’s not fair. It’s not love. And the shit has never worked. I know we think it’s love but yo… it’s not! Love is something you create by being loving not biting. We can hold space for people’s pain, we’re all dealing with shit, but at some point we gotta grow up. We gotta stop demanding others be loving when we aren’t willing to. That’s for toddlers and your partner isn’t your parent.
