Home Actor Riley Elliott HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers July 2022 Riley Elliott Instagram - The incredible clip of the moment @jimipartingtonsdx experienced the full potential of an adult Great White shark but walked away unharmed. This clip comes from one of the best @sharkweek shows I have ever seen, Great White Open Ocean, created by @jeff_kurr also featuring @animalbrandon and @dickie_chivell with filming by @liquid_action_films It’s such an amazing story for me because it showcases someone with true talent and passion for working with animals. @jimipartingtonsdx brings the nature kid out in all of us when watching this, the lust to understand wild animals and even the largest and most dangerous of them. And even after such a potentially life threatening encounter, he had the knowledge and experience to look down, spot the shark and swim for the boat but then the most important part, tell us that he chose to put himself there, in a plastic box, where the shark continually started testing him and it, and how the shark recognised when he wasn’t looking and came in full tilt to test, likely what the cage was and why Jimi was in it. There’s no blame on the shark from Jimi nor anyone, rather the only blame is the pure intrigue to learn more about animals and how far one can go to do that. If you haven’t seen this show it is amazing. So well shot and edited, incredible music that emotionally connects you to what it is that draws us to swim with sharks, and it’s a tale of passion, determination and a guy who will be back working with sharks because that’s who he is. Thanks @sharkweek for enabling the creation of some pure magic here. Congrats to the team involved and all the best Jimi on the recovery. #sharkweek

Riley Elliott Instagram – This is how a 12foot Mako shark introduces itself when you jump into the deep blue sea with it after hours of chumming. To be honest it’s pretty polite at this stage, it had already rammed the boat, smashed the engines, tried to bite us up on the swim step and then @abc4explore and myself had to balls up and get in. But from a sharks perspective, it’s turned up wondering where the foods at. It’s the wide open ocean where foods hard to get. Then two weird creatures jump in and it needs to figure out what they are. Luckily Andy had a large camera to block the avalanche of razor blades heading for his crotch, and my tiny Harry Potter wand was just able to turn the shark away. But wow this was likely the most amazing experience I have had with a mature Mako. When they are this big they eat things way bigger than us, being swordfish and marlin, so the hours of amazing encounters that happened after this reflects how polite and smart this girl was. If you want to see some epic Mako action, coupled with Great Whites, be sure to tune into Great White Vs Mako Friday 29th at 9pm on @sharkweek on @discovery and @discoveryplus
Riley Elliott Instagram – @jimipartingtonsdx at his best interacting with a massive Great White in Nz in a way that takes a true talent to do. This looks gnarly and aggressive but it’s as gentle as a Great White gets. The shark kept coming back time after time for more contact. When you touch the nose of a shark you stimulate its electroreceptors seemingly giving it a stimulus they find enjoyable or at least interesting enough to come back for more. This clip is from one of the best shows I have seen on @sharkweek called Great White Open Ocean, created by one of the incredible OGs of sharkweek @jeff_kurr
It beautifully illustrates a natural talent with animals that @jimipartingtonsdx has and the extent he and our shark week group goes to in order to reveal the full spectrum of shark behaviour. Get well Jimi. The entire shark community will see you back doing this stuff again soon. Be sure to check out @sharkweek on @discovery and @discoveryplus
