10 min AMRAP:
10 Halos each way
25 yard SA Overhead Lunge each arm
20 Planks Pull Throughs
10 1/2 Turkish Get Ups each arm St. George, Utah

Tip: Don’t go all out in the first round. Aim to make your third round your BEST round!

200m Run
50m DB Farmer Carry
10 DB Squat Cleans
Rest 90 seconds between rounds
