Brooke Ence Instagram – Ready to crush a chipper workout? Sometimes it’s nice to do a workout that doesn’t have anything that’s really technical. We’re talking all bodyweight exercises. So push hard and see what you’re really capable of.

Tip of the day: Stay aware. Don’t go dark and just kill yourself in the workout. When you stay aware you can pay attention to where things get tough – at what rep did you need to take a break? Or at what rep did you get burnt out on a strict movement? So let’s do this.
