Natasha Slayton Instagram – Who can relate? 😅 We’ve all been there!
Telling on myself! It took me such a long time to commit to a regular meditation practice! & to be perfectly honest, I’m still working on committing to it every single day.
It wasn’t until I started studying Ayurveda that I FINALLY decided to dive deeper into the importance of meditation and learn to incorporate it into my daily routine. I don’t know about you, but with most things, my ego mind often likes to understand the WHY of something before I commit to it, so I thought I’d share some of the benefits of meditation below 🌞
Although this ancient spiritual practice is finally getting the recognition it deserves in the mainstream and allopathic/western space, most of the information being shared in these spaces is that which can only be affirmed through tried and tested studies and research.
As my friend @iamkateschofield would say, I like to mix in a bit of the “woowoo with the truetrue”. Together, they make the perfect combination for me. Feel free to take what you want and leave the rest ☺️
