For two non conformists – this was a first!
Getting Vik to not wear shorts or tracks on a festival was an effort!
To get him to pose for camera was another story all together (and that cyclist photo bombing us 🤣 in the pic didn’t help )
Anyone else got a camera shy spouse? Vik is literally Chandler Bing! (F.R.I.E.N.D.S fans know what I mean )
Anyhow – back to US.
The day began with poojas in our new house and posing and ended as a quiet Diwali evening eating chinese food – just him and me after years.

Behind the scenes prep for my session at CIMix 2023 in Vienna.
Putting together a presentation requires creative brainstorming. From the topic to data collation, designing the deck , working with the designers and to actual delivery of the speech – it’s a good amount of effort one must put in.
A process that I enjoy.
Clothes also become an important decision. Comfort is the primary objective. This year – keeping in line with my commitment to practicing sustainability, I decided to dig into my wardrobe and found this beautiful business suit I had bought in 2008 from @jasperconran in London. I remember back then it was a size large for me and my father had insisted I buy this because it was great quality. Glad I did!

Throwback to Sept when I met @jainil_dreamtodance in NJ . His #MenInSkirts dance reels have become all the rage and literally a movement !
We had a lovely time having a delicious eggetarian meal with non stop chatter. His work and plans for the future are inspirational.
Thanks Jainil for showing me the Indian side of NYC.

Speeches via holographic tech ? Possible.
Especially with immersive experiential tech. Beginning in the metaverse with NFTs ! Here I go again 🙂

I left my ❤️ in Rome !
Going back to the place that I shifted to after deciding to quit acting – Rome! After a gap of 5 years.
This historical city changed me when I lived there between 2014-2017. New friends. New perspective. New goals. A different vision.
My heart is full – just 48 hours here has refreshed me. Met up with my closest friends who made me feel at home just like before. Can’t wait to come back! Rome, Italy
