Ethan Payne Instagram – fresh start for the new year, I’m taking part in the #Gymshark66 @gymshark to help get myself back on track to be a better person physically and mentally. The #Gymshark66 can be started whenever, they say it takes 66 days to form a habit but we believe it can change your life. After a hectic year personally, moving and renovating a house, having my daughter & supporting my family I lost track of priorities and lost balance within my self. I’m using these 66 days to chip away at myself physically to get back on track to where I have been before, if not better. I also want to create a healthy mindset, with trying to be the best family man I can I need to restore balance and stop stressing over the little things that aren’t in my control. Here’s my workout from today: WORKOUT A 5 pull ups 10 press ups 12 goblet squats 10 hanging leg raises x5 WORKOUT B 15 dumbbell chest press 12 dumbbell rows (each side) 10 lunges 12 dumbbell curls x5 Nice to be moving again, no matter what it is.
